Return Policy


We appreciate your business and want to make sure you are happy with our products and service. In order to be in a position to offer the best pricing and products to our customers, we need to adhere to the following Return Policy


Returned merchandise will be accepted for credit only if in resalable condition, and after arrangements have been made with us for its return. We assume no obligation to accept merchandise for credit after thirty days from the date of invoice. We will accept returns after the 30 day time period with a 15% restocking fee but only if the product is in resalable condition, in the original packaging and an active sku in our system. In requesting authorization to return merchandise, please furnish the invoice number and the date of invoice to ensure prompt handling.

The following items are non-returnable:
  • Special Order Merchandise is not subject to return
  • No Food, Beverage or Pharmaceutical items will be accepted as these are non- returnable. These items are deemed non-returnable due to safety concerns and the risk of contamination.
  • Electronics that are deemed non-returnable in our content file will not be accepted for return

All merchandise returned will be credited subject to handling and restocking charges, unless such return is caused by our error in shipping or handling the order. All returns not the result of an error by us must be sent charges prepaid if out of our local delivery area.


Items are considered in Resalable Condition if we receive the product back exactly how it was originally sent out and how it is stocked on our shelves. Items need to be in original packaging and must be returned in the unit of measure that we sell the product. Please when processing returns, avoid writing in permanent marker on the original packaging as this is not resalable condition and we will not be able to accept the product back. Please instead use removable labels or a separate piece of paper to show return authorization information.


Defective returns are accepted within 30 days. After 30 days, all defective claims are then between the customer and manufacturer. Damaged returns are accepted only when reported to Jiorle's within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. We do not accept responsibility for merchandise that has been signed "clear" except in the case where the damage was concealed.

All returned merchandise must be returned with the original packaging.
